When you submit an application through this site, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number (if provided), and your answers to the application questions. We also collect basic usage data (page views, device type) via standard web analytics.
Your application data is used solely to assess your suitability for our recruitment programme and to contact you regarding your application. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Application data is stored securely in Google Sheets, accessible only to Daniel Heng and authorised team members. Email notifications are processed via Resend. Calendar bookings are handled by Calendly, subject to their own privacy policy.
If you provide a WhatsApp number and consent to being contacted via WhatsApp, we may use it to follow up on your application. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 14 business days.
