I started this career in September 2020 — not because I had a plan, but because I needed to understand money. My parents had both lost their jobs. After a rough stretch, I went broke too.
I began learning everything I could about building wealth, started sharing it with friends, and watched them make real changes from a single conversation. That's when I knew this was what I was supposed to do.
I didn't sell the conventional way. I just treated every client the way I wanted to be treated. By 25, I had crossed seven figures in income and owned my own private property and car.
Today, I've built a team of 50+ consultants — many of them MDRT qualifiers, Double MDRT and COT qualifiers. Last year, I earned $750k+. And the best part? My associates are on track to doing even better than me.
But the number I'm most proud of isn't mine. It's Glen's — a 23-year-old undergraduate with no sales background, who earned $300,000 in his first year on my team. He didn't get lucky. He just refused to stop.

The fastest path to your licence is around 2 months — 4 licensing papers. Glen completed all of them and signed his first 15+ clients in his very first month. Results depend entirely on how fast you move.
The benchmark on my team is $100,000. The ceiling? Glen did $300,000 in his first year — a real number, from a real person, who started with no background in finance or sales. Individual results vary based on effort and market conditions.
No. Brian was a Biological Sciences undergrad when I first met him. Glen hadn't even started university yet. That said, if you do have relevant experience — like Nick, who came from charity sales — I'll help you channel it properly and move you up to serving high-net-worth clients faster.
I work out a structured salary with you personally, based on your goals and your commitment level. It's not a fixed number — we build it around what you need to focus fully on building your practice.
You need to be fully committed — but full-time looks different for everyone. I personally started in my second year of university and treated both as full-time commitments simultaneously. What matters is your mindset, not your timetable.
We start Phase 1 — the Exploration. You'll watch a series of videos and write reflections so I can understand how you think. I'll also arrange 2–3 meetings with people across the team so your questions get answered honestly, and so you can see whether you genuinely connect with the culture. It's a two-way assessment — no pressure either way.
